Hiya.

i wanted to unlock my P910 with SEMC 5. so igot out my T28 service cable, connected it all up, no P910 option was there so i used P900 option instead,

tried to unlock SP locks. said operation sucessful, but upon turning on the unit it wouldnt accept any sim, so i went it the service menu to see what was going on to see that all four locks had been locked.

how the hell can i revive my P910i?

all i have at my disposal is a T28 service cable and the DSS25 it came with, do any of you have any idea how to get my phone up and running again?

I've also tired using da vinci server to no avail, i was wondering, would a backup of a working GDFS solve the problem? if so it it possible for any of you to make a backup of a working P910i GDFS?

cheers

Try to download semc tool 3.3 and use the rebuild sp area function.

Mate, I feel your pain. I've been in exactly the same position with the same problem (search for my earlier posts on this subject!).

This might not be what you want to hear right now, but it could save you a lot of time -- I lost a lot of sweat, tears and time to come to the conclusion that this problem can't be fixed 'at home'.

I was fortunate in that I was able to get a replacement phone from my network, but another route is to hand the phone over to an SE service centre.
