Just upgraded from win 95 to win 98 - downloaded same software from SE - mobile phone monitor XTDN etc to sync with outlook - only prob is that my ir port won't recognise the phone - if I syncronise the phone via the connect menu it will pic it up for about 2 seconds then say no devices in range - my ir is on com4 & LPT3 - & yes I do activate ir on my phone! Plug 'n' play is enabled - any help/advise - thanx

Just got an i.r. Adaptor myself and i use win 98. You will have to install the i.r. Software from your windows disk so that your computer will recognize your new device This post was posted from a T68i

Your build-in irda adaptor should support SIR compatible in case to make connection with t68i. Usually you can set this compatibility in your pc bios. Go to your pc bios setup and change to SIR (or HPSIR). Hope this help. This post was posted from a T68i
