I had a quick look on the faqs but couldnt find anything helpful for my question.

I have the W800i but I cant change the video length of recording whereas my mates on the 750 can. Its basically the same phone but they didnt know where to change anything and I certainly couldnt find out where to change the setting. It lets me record a maximum of 10 secs large screen or 20 secs I think small screen which really isnt good enough considering it comes with a 512mb stick which is hardly being used.

Can anyone help ?

I am really frustrated with my w800i with the whole fiasco over transferring music onto it which doesnt appear and if the video cant be changed I will be quite annoyed

hey there.. about your question, when you are in video mode, just click SETTINGS, then click SHOOT MODE, use the best quality, by default it is in "for picture message" quality.. you should be okay now..

Thanks for the quick response !

I have tried what you suggested but it still seems very hit and miss in that the length is still much shorter than I would have expected and it varies in length over multiple recordings. I might take it into the o2 shop and see if they can maybe replace the handset.
