hi iv got a document with loads of names seperated with commas, i want to remove the commas and put each of the names on a line of its own, at the moment it looks like this:
'jon, nick, dave, sue, sarah' and i want it like this:
jon
nick
dave
sue
sarah
how do i do this? there are too many to go through individually. thanks

use the Edit - replace
in the "find what" put your comma
in the "replace with" put ^l
you could find that ^l by clicking the "special" selection list at the bottom of the replace dialogue and choosing manual line break
