I've tracked down the feedback for the seller and the buyer has certainly left negative feedback

also, it seems the seller is "No longer registered with eBay", so I assume ebay have taken some action

the item has also been removed

Shouldn't have.... If it was clearly stated that it was a picture, then the seller should get to keep the money.

nah i fink its good she got her money bk (if she did) and that the seller was banned.

Because after all if your putting that up you know your going to con someone and i think thats dreadful especially at xmas.

You may say she should have read it, but if your desperate for an xbox in time for xmas then you will just want one and not read it all

Their is a much simpler term for this kind of crime...Its called obtaining money by deception.
