Well all, this is strange, since yesterday it felt like my muscle (underneat my jaw that connects next and head) really hurts.
Today it is VERY swollen.
I dont know why.
Any advice?
Is it a swollen muscle?
Is it liquid from something?
Anybody know of something like this happening?

under your jaw bone there are Glands which can become swolen when your body is trying to fight an infection. had an dental work or teeth problems lately?

I dont chew gum
@batesie, just off the phone with mum.
Says it must be an infection and I need to get some antibiotics.
I assume it's because of my wisdom tooth.

do you feel weak, headache, joint ache? is swollen area warm, red, painful? do you have fever? if it's infection, antibiotics won't help you, you must go to a dentist.

just been to a clinic.
I do have a headache.
It's starting to stiffen.
Doctor suggested it might be mumps...
i thought I had it's injection though.
Guess if it's not better in a couple of days I'll go see a Doctor.

it's strange, because mumps usually starts from parotid gland (located below ear). to me, it looks like dentogenous infection. chances rise if you have some bad tooth, or if you can feel fluctuating balloon-like formation beneath jaw.

yeah I was feeling around and I think it is actually bloated around the ear, although it is more bloated nearer to the bottom the jaw.
Hope all will be well.
I had some ice on it for a while and it feels better.
