The mic on the phone pics up background noise like crazy. If I am on a city street, or in a restaurant the person on the other line always complains about tons of background noise.
I switched phones with someone and called myself to hear what it was like and it sounds like, and its as if the phone is permanently in speakerphone mode or something.
I always call and answer with the flip closed.
Is there something I'm missing or are they all like this?

i've never had any serious complaints but sumtimes is just common in phones, try and block out the excess wind, etc...maybe use a handsfree? wire or wireless will do fine.
