I have read so many things on how to set up my email, but still havent a clue. I connect to wap through Mviva uk v2 and I have a pop 3 account (i think) with lycos. Can anybody PLEEEEASE tell me exactly what to do in idiot terms, and where to get info from........

unfortunately, lycos charges you to do what you want. you might want to create an account at someplace like
www.myrealbox.com. free pop3. that might have been your problem.
