same thing that gardar, smartmovie is a good software.
You can put movie on your ms duo 128Mo with it, and choose seeting for video and audio conversion.

but i want to convert 120 mins movie in 70-75 mb....but when i compress it on 64 kbps the video quality is very bad and it takes 80 mb:( of memory
