Hi, I have a repeating alarm every working day, however some days the alarm does not sound! Can anyone help with a solution?

Yes the work days are set correctly, Monday through to Friday when it doesn't sound I check in the calendar and the alarm is set but it did not activate! Set to standard profile. Some working days it sounds other days it doesn't!

perhaps the alarm settings are not set to let the alarm ring when the phone is on or off.
try to set it on "always" and profiles, and/ or alarm setting.
other answer i do not know.

setting phone to 'silent mode' will only show alarm message not sound, and leaving headphones attached will only sound the alarm through the headphones...
