Thanks to previous advice on this forum I went out and got myself a HBH 662.
All has been going well apart from today. I can hear people when I make calls, however, on an incoming call I have to answer the call and then transfer the sound to the headset before I can hear anything. I haven't changed any settings. The headset is paired and the device is allowed to connect without confirmation.
Where should I look next guys to solve this as its driving me crazy?

1. I pair my HBH 662 with my SE 910i and the Bluetooth icon indicates success.
2. I make a call using the phone and I can hear the other person and they can hear me.
3. A call comes in, I use the phone to answer the call and the other person cannot hear me and I cannot hear them.
4. I then click on the icon, select "transfer call to headset" and I can hear them and they can hear me.
5. If a call comes in and I use the button on the headset to answer the call I can hear them and they can hear me.
6. I used to be able to answer the call using the phone and itwould automatically send it to the headset - this doesn't happen any more.
