Cant update on SE site, get this message:

Phone crashes when i turn off bluetooth (not everytime)
You cant watch videos full screen, or pause them as you can on the k750!

I think you posted your request in the wrong thread mate
If you go to SE general and post up a new topic with the title
"I need a new phone help me" or summit i am sure people will be more likely to see and give you some advice!

cheers! think i have the latest firmware so thats why i cant update - should have checked first!!!
think the bluetooth crashing is quite common having searched posts...
and guessing that the w800 does not have the same support for videos that the k750 has!
