if it HAS to be a nokia, get a 6670 instead ...else get a k750.. the sound as well as the cam is phenomenal quality. And im stating this through experience ..first hand

w800i, n70, d600 all fullfill your requirements and are all available readily and for free with a contract. So just go to a shop and have a look at all three or if they let you have a go on them and then just take the one you like the best.
