Can anyone tell me how to unlock my P800 and what software will be needed? I've got SE P800 + DSS-25.

Terminator dongle wont unlock a P800. It can be done using a DSS-20 and Total Multiserver or Davinci.
Or, as mentioned, you could go down to your local market and get it unlocked.

I wont mentiont he software stuff as it might be agaisnt the rules :S lol
