hey guys, been a long time. hope u remeber me. i just have some info i would like to share with u guys.
-first of all, the w900 has been cancelled for the indian markets. this decission was taken a few days back in a meeting in madras. there will be NO w900 for the time being in india. this is sad news, cuz lota ppl were looking foward to it. it was withdrawn cuz of its high pricing (31-32k). hopefully we might get it here in the future, but nothin as of now.
- 2006, there will be changes in the company distribution. from jan, a new company called ingram will be joining the distribution. salora is NOT going, it is still there. from jan to march both comapnies are gonna be distrubuting and from march, they will divided on the basis of products.
-speaking of products, 2006 lineup of sonyericsson will have 21 products! 11 to salora and 8 to ingram. yes, 21!!. thats great news
- many ppl saying p990 delayed to may. as far as i am told, that info is correct, expect it end aprl or may in the markets.

who the hell do they think they r for planning which to launch and which not to??if people have money to buy P seies,then they sure can afford W900i.anyway,
india dont do spending advetising than rivals.so why the hell not launch 1 more mobile phone??

but some of the old low end phones have been removed from the website...like my old T310 and some others...looks like all the phones from T610 and onwards r still going to be sold.
11 + 8 = 21????? i think they r selling the phones from 2 compnies ...1 will be sellinng cheap ones and the other selling high end ones.
or maybe a mix of cheap and high ends for both companies.

i know the w900 news sucks. but i have been told that the phone wont be here. maybe they might reconsider and did like that they did with z800. get only a few limited amout here. but nothing as of now. yes the phone does say its released on the web site, a few phones even came to delhi is what i was told.
11+8 =19.
3 phones ( j220, j230 and z300) done from jan to march by both companies
edit-z300 out from dec end.
