my firmware is R1L002 but when i try to log in SEUS II to update the firmware, it says
Your device already has the latest software. We look forward to assisting you again soon. Thank you for using the Sony Ericsson Update Service!
so it should be my CDA that I can't update to R1AA008? any advice? should I use davinci to flash my CDA so that I can update? if so, which CDA should I flash to?

BROWN cann't use SEUS so it must be changed to RED (Retail)
But there may be more problems...
Your IMEI number is not registered so it may have been changed!
Your only option is to update using a none SE method like, as mentioned - DaVinci.
You'll need to double check your method of update
Changing BROWN to RED
Updating Firmware to latest
Changing CDA to your location
In your case CDA-string is not important as you'll never get SEUS with that IMEI number.
Don't worry about IMEI number ~ it's 14 digits so I made booboo

SEUS won't update your phone.
You can update with DaVinci
I just say ~ check your steps so that later updates may be got from SEUS.
CDA changed with DaVinci probably won't help with SEUS!!!
Using DaVinci can update phones firmware and alter CDA (using DCU-60)
From BROWN to RED will need Service Cable (Cruiser/Fighter or like type)

Your phone maybe locked to a network/operator and they have chosen to opt their customers out of the SEUS.
If you have problems with the phone try a master reset (backup first).
To keep phone well reset! or turn off and on!
This may sound like a bad solution but the phone problems maybe a result of poor software (JAR games etc... and PC to Phone Connections).
Make a note of the faults and if you see good reason for a firmware update - inform your SIM/Contract/Operator.
Make use of the phones warrenty before loosing it with a third party update service...
...DaVinci will update your phone
SEUS may NEVER work with your phone unless you demand the operator remove the restriction of use. It's your phone and if on PAYG, you have absolutely no ties with the SIM operator and should be released to do with your phone as you please.

I think it's mean there isn't any lock restriction.
I've tried hard reset too.
Any ideas?

I don't know if your phone was locked or not - now it's unlocked
You could try a SIM from another operator whilst using SEUS to see if that might get you passed.
