Just recently got prob with P9, i cant hear anything in a call but the other person can hear me clearly. also i tested the mic with sound recorder n it works fine. if i use speakerphone i can hear the other person though. plz help!! cant use the phone this way.

Sounds like the speaker has gone. If you feel brave, you can take the phone apart and take a look, most probably all that needs doing is the contacts for the speaker need pulling back up. They've most probably gotten flattened slowly over the months/years of use the phone's had. I've fixed many a phone with a mic problem this way! All you need is a T6 and a T7 screwdriver and some patience. Just be careful you don't snap or damage the jog dial's data ribbon when moving the PCB!
If you don't feel brave enough to open the phone and do it yourself, take it to a service centre and get it fixed, it shouldn't cost too much I'd have thought.
The reason you can still hear people on speakerphone is that this uses a different speaker to the one that's used for listening to calls is 'standard' phone mode.
