I just got my W550i Recently and now when I turn on my phone it locks up on the starting screen and disables me from using any of its functionality including master reset. Before this lock up, everytime i were to press the walkman button my phone would shut off. then after the second time it shut off it didnt turn on, and now it wont turn on. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Take out SIM and put on charge. Now try. Leave on charge. Later put SIM back.

yeh try it with another sim as well first, i had an issue with k750i and virgin sim a while back.
