Hello all,

This may sound novice, but i need to update my k700i but dont want to do it myself, can i send it off and get it done? I am currently in ny, ny - do you think there are any service centers here? Pls advise.

Also does the firmware upgarde provide for better reception.

I think these questions may seem a little easy for you guys but pls contribute and let me know. Thanks.

I am not sure whether there are SE Service Centers in NY, but if there are then I would suggest you take your phone to the shop rather than doing it yourself.
