I've got the Demo tour video..but when i send it back to the phone & store it in the Videos folder ...the Demo tour link in Entertainment menu is still disabled...what to do

The name of the video MUST be the same as the original file. In my K750, the file must be Demo tour-no other renaming is allowed. And the file extension MUST be .mp4 not 3gp.

if you delete the demo video or do a master reset/reset all, then restore the file afterwards (exact same filename, no extension changes), the demo link still wouldnt work; at least in my w550
