I came to download some photos to my PC today and all of a sudden the PC is not recognising the Phone being plugged in. Can anyone give me some advice on this please. Thank you

I'd say check the USB port plug something in and see if its still active. Or just plug it into one that you know for sure that works. If that doest help, try to see if the contacs are clean on the bottom on the phone. And its also a good idea to reset your computer knowing that microsoft will always have glitches in their OS. If it doesn't work go into Device manager and see if your phone shows up under USB controllers when it's plugged in. Good luck!
