For reason only of curiosity, I'm still looking for a good price for this overpriced piece of basic function alleged phone-art in unbranded form but for some reason it seems to be holiding its value, presumably due to demand from people who don't know better
I actually think the Gold D&G V3i is heaps better value, given its limited production, and so am now more seriously looking for one of these
but, I too will probably succumb to my curiosity for this 8800 if the price is right... and then the men in white coats will be coming to carry me away, ha ha he hee to the funny farm where... (etc etc)
well anyway, best price I know right now is on the
O2 site for £229.99 on 12 month £19 contract. when you access via the
quidco link you earn £35 for the transaction making total purchase price £422.99 and at least O2 don't brand too much. It was a bit cheaper until recently at the O2 site but I guess O2 have also realised the demand for this and unfortunately quidco don't give cash back for the O2 student site which would make it even cheaper

I got mine from o2 For FREE of charge..... as they kept messing my order up so I made a big issue about it....
And now end result.... Nokia 8800 FREE
and 750mins (anytime/anynet) x 750 tx @ £35.00
Hows dat sound???
Cheers

on a 12 month contract @ £35 thats still 420 so not much difference from my suggestion and no hassle whatsoever
doesn't sound that great really, unless you want all those minutes.
I just had 180 minutes carried over from November to December on my vodafone contract as I just don't seem able to use them quick enough!
