7610- Boxed unlocked with all accessories and in pretty good condition.
6630- No box but comes with manual charger and rsmmc only 7 weeks old!
7600- Boxed with all accessories about a year old excellent condition just 2 scratches on screen and thats it!

The 6630 isn't unlocked only working on 3!
It comes with the standard 64mb but i could get a 128mb with tomtom5 on if anyones interested!
