The topics are flaming on esato for the moment. Topic captions such as 'Nokia strikes back', etc etc are numerous. Am I the only one not intimidated? I have bought myself a quality phone with a pile of great and amazing features and a very few 'unimportant' bugs. I love my t68i and don't believe there's a phone on the market that can beat it.
Phones today (and in the near future at least) with an integrated camera (wether it's for still or live motion pictures) are very bulky. A mobile phone is something that should fit right into a shirt pocket. The 7650 is larger and weighs more than a t68i with its camara attached.
And besides, who needs a integrated fm radio when SE has released the smallest mp3-player (the HPM10) that has such an incredible sound?
Clip-on covers?? Who in here would change the awesome appearance of the t68i or the t68 for that matter? Tsk tsk.
To comment AliG directly... The t68/i simply has a WICKED design. Slender curves, nice teint, accessable and easy to use (cell phones and women aren't that much apart from one another are they? LOL. Hmm, not trying to sound sexist... Just something that hit my mind

. Nokia seems to have hired some (all respect to Finland) some very wasted finnes to do their phone designs. The 3650 is simply ugly (my opinion anyway, some may like... maybe...
Summa summarum:
Bring it on, Nokia. Bring it on!

Obviously its my opinion, but better features: 1) autokeylock - i couldnt live without it! 2) better menus (IMO) cos they are easier to understand. (and more stuff which i cant be bothered to write on wap.) :-) More practical: 1) no pesky covers which slip off, (cont in my next post... )

Okay,

produce the best phones, or maybe should I say the best phone_!! Since the joint venture occured(and that was months ago), they released only the Ericsson T68m copycat, introducing SonyEricsson T68i!!! WOW, how impressive!!!
Sincerly I like

but I seriousely wonder: WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR??!!
No wonder people go to Nokia!

i aint intimadated by nokia or anyone else? why would i be? if they bring a better phone out i'll buy it. its that simple. just now they don't have a better phone so i'll stick with my t68i.
but i fear for SE's future. nokia knows what people want. SE don't just now! its a matter of what the greatest percent of market wants. and the greatest percentage want. express-on covers and colourful "trendy" phones.
Only people like us who study the mobile market know about bluetooth, mms etc... SE's phone's are feature packet but they just aren't what the mass market wants.
thats why people fear nokia because they have the power and know - how to put SE out of business
