> K750i Lost of sound

Hello people
Got a K750i had it about 2months now it is orange branded phoned. But today it lost all sound to the main earpiece so they cant hear you and i cant hear them, loud speaker, when i try to ringout or receivce a incoming call and message, It just vibrates even when it is on loud. If i try and open a audio file it comes up with " Cannot Play this sound". But if plug in the ear phones and turn the radio it will come through the loud speaker,
Sometimes if turn the phone off then back on it will play a message tone for the first message then go completey silent again
Anyone know of a solution for this problem

sounds like a firmware issue. ask an orange service person to check it.

1. go to service menu and check speaker & mic. if they work, then try master reset (warning : backup before master reset)
2. if the mic & speaker don't work in service menu, then try flashing your phone with new f/w.
3. if everything fails, i guess your only option is
service center.
