> Trouble changing wallpapers on k750i

ive had this phone about 2 weeks, and just a few days ago when i tried to change the wallpaper, to a picture etc, it wont let me, when i go back to the main screen its blank..
but i can change it if i turn the phone off then on again, does anyone else have this problem, and how would i fix it?

I noticed this on a friends o2 K750i, try changing from the default o2 theme and then try to set the wallpaper agin, hope this works

yeah thanks for that but ive tried all that, i dont know whats the matter with it.... maybe i need to upgrade the software?.
