There's a few things i'd love to see at esato in the new year to improve the forum, i think that they're are two things to be improved:
A 'preview' button before you post, when you sell items or write a long topic/post you want to see if all the html is correct and if it looks presentable etc etc
Obviously no.2 is the sent Pm outbox, if that was made, even if there was just a limit of 50 messages or something, it would be much better as recipents can quote and change things so it appears you have sent a different messaage.
I think we should stay away from the non-mobile related forums personally, will ruin the charector of esato

the sent PMs would have to change esato alot - they have a version of phpBB that is pretty old - they would haev to upgrade to a new version i believe.
but the preview i like thaty idea.

Esato uses an old phpbb but this has been discussed before, laffen has created some of his own scripts and mods that wont work with the new phpbb.
but some day esato will have to be updated, so i wonder if now is the time?

it doesnt delete the old data - but it will delete his mods and scripts. what he could do is make a new esato (but not publish it yet) and make it with the new phpBB and then make all the mods he needs to make and all - maybe get a few people to test it - then change esato over to the new phpBB.
idk its more work than im just saying.
