Okay searched a lot and got dozens of answers but no definitive ones. Plain and simple, for the w800 and k750i, what are your settings to encode for 1) mp4 and 2) 3gp? Which setting has the best looking?

mp4 has the best look and sound, i feel. Use Nero Recode 2 and follow these settings...
