Joystick crapped out on my £250 K700 (couldn't navigate at all) after 8 months (£20 worth of calls)
Phone was replaced
Joystick crapped out on that some 6 months & £15 worth calls later
Virgin (retailer) told me that they have long since spent my £250 so i can get stuffed (despite me not making £40 worth of calls between to the 2 phones)
Question - since i'm stuck with it now
This joystick seizing must be an established 'issue' with K700 - hell, my son blows £80 month on calls, so on a call by call basis would have this problem 4 times a month (fortunately he buys nokia)
So how can i fix it?
I cant find any way to get into it to clean it

my joystick has been completey mucked up for like 4 months now, i cant move it up - well i can but nothing happens and its extremely hard to move right...i really dont know now - wether to buy myself a w900i, but soon ill do a SEUS and it'll muck it up, like it did my k700...im starting to doubt
a bit now...but i still like them for some reason
