Mine lasts about 1 day and was wondering if i have a defective one. I got a new battery and it still is sucking wind. I use java games for lets say 45 min, and use the mp3 player for lets say 45 min. Make about 30 min of calls and then it's pretty much like 10-15% left.

Also I can't charge to 100%, (when i pull out the plug, it only goes up to like 88% though the meter looks all green). PLEASE help me. Do I have a defective one? (i did a firmware upgrade that didn't help it)

ANd if I do, does SE send me a new one or do i have to send mine in first? Thanks!

(i'im in NY, NY)

I can be on the phone for about 6 hours listen to a couple of mp3's and play games on it and would still have some juice in it. I'd say try to do a master reset...backup your data first. Try to charge the phone in turned off position to see if it goes to 100 % that way. If it doesn't help you might have a defective battery or a short circuit in the phone that would discharge the battery faster. Good luck see if any of these works.
