I noticed after a certain while "my words" list gets cleared and have to start adding new words all over again.
It's not a big problem for me but it can be annoying loosing the abbrivations and unknown words that i have stored to make my text messaging easier. I'm wondering what could cause this to happen ?
My T610 is about 1 year and over 4 months old, has the SW version R6C005. I had no other problems with the phone.

My t618 is just the same(1 year 3 months old, r6c005) with your t610, but 'my words' seems normal. Maybe that's a bug I haven't noticed?

It happened to my T630. I belive that there is only somany words that it can store, you know a limitation to the aloccated physical memory. I belive its something like 50 own words, and if you add word 51 it will remove the oldest and least used word from memory. If you think about it, its only logical, but annoying.

I think ur right. I don't use English input often with my t618, so there's not many words in 'my words'. Maybe that's why i haven't noticed that bug.

I use a lot of abbreviated words in text messages, so my "my words" list is in excess of 70 words, and I haven't lost any. However, if you remove the battery from the phone for longer than 5mins, your entire word list is erased.

@ ambyzown: Humm, i don't recall removing my battery to cause this to happen as it only seems to happen from time to time.

@ shoei: When you write a new text message and your T9 Dictionary don't recognise the word (comes up with the message 'word not in dictionary') then you need to press More -> Spell Word -> Insert to add to to your "words list"
To view all the words that you have stored in your list go to Messages -> Text -> Write New -> More -> My Words
