is this a drag and drop from drive to drive with the MOVE option and not the COPY one!

files shouldn't just get deleted!!!!

Nope! I'm stumped...

You've a K750i and when you Bluetooth to a P910 (a phone I wouldn't mind ) the file that was on your K750 is deleted!!!!

Same happens when you connect with your DCU-60 cable and drag & drop from drive to drive....

So these files are on your Memory Stick and not on the Phones internal memory.

First - as the phone is NEW don't do anything too dramatic ~ cuz you could take it back

I don't know of any setting that default to MOVE and not COPY so I'm not sure if it's corrupt firmware or doggy Memory Stick?!?

Try copying PICs from the internal memory - this won't happen with drag&drop from drive to drive but you can do it with Bluetooth to your 910.

I would concider formatting your memory stick (backup your files first).

Set your camera to save to phone for the tests above.

Last - a master reset - but this is a last step as you'll lose eveything you cann't backup (that can includes WAP GPRS and GAMES APPS and Pictures and Ringtones).

If it still MOVES or deletes files you copy then back to the shop for a replacement.

sorry abit late with reply

hmm... that seems weird. it never happened to me. did you save it on the memory stick or from the phone? but nevertheless, it shouldn't be deleted.
