I want to sell a my w800i which is is mint condition, but the person i want to sell it too thinks it is nearly brand new, but there is over 140 hours of calls made on it and it shows in the service menu, how can i lower the time?

Reset the phone. But you lose your data as well. So make a backup first, then reset the phone and transfer the files back to your phone

Nope changing the firmware doesnt reset it either. Just checked mine and I have flashed various new firmwares and it is still showing my total call time.

Using the SEUS firmware update does not change the total call time reported in the <**< service menu. To reset that, you need to flash the phone using one of the third party update services (ie. DaVinci, etc.)

You need to change it in the GDFS area, use Davinci or SEMC Tool
