> p910i new update service not working?

Hi, I have recently downloaded and installed the new p910i update service in hope that theres a new firmware etc.
It has installed fineand I can select my language and do the other bits, but after it says take out sim etc it says my cradel is not connected, when it is. I know the cradel works as I can back up my phone and sync it etc, but the update thing doesnt seem to work.
Anyone got any ideas?

Deactivate usb from the Phone Connection Link . U find thoat symbol low right on yr pc. Do this before starting SE Update Service.
It will work.

But how deactivate the USB from the phone connection link? I have NO USB connection in link propertis, I have only Cable on com1 (this is my connection to phone and is working OK), unknown on com3 and bluetooth on com500.

Hi Everyone,
Downloaded the new software (got a new p910i) to update my firmware, but after selecting my language it just goes white. I dont' see any options at all. I've unchecked all the connection types (USB, cable etc.) in the Phone Connection Link - but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
