You have to setup Pcsuite to sync with outlook and what it should sync when it is syncing... Contacts, calender (shared or only P9xx and again only Outlook) Notes, etc
Place your P9xx in the Dss-25 and right-click on the little icon down in the right corner. Select "Sync Station Settings" and "wing" the tasks you want done when syncing

Till until one week ago everything worked fine.
Now I have the same problem. Outlook 2003 can't be found on my system. So all other options are greyed out and cannot be selected, ie calander tasks.
I suscpect un update from MS, because that's the only thing that changed.
Antoher possiblilty is an update of norton virus scanner
I have outlook 2003 and windows 200o prof

Problem solved. After running detect and repair under Outlook 2003 Help menu I can now sync the calendar with my iPod. It is interesting that the contacts were able to continue to be sync'd but a message which pops up asking permission to access outlook didn't show for the contacts. After running detect and repair the message does pop up.
While I thought the problem related to a firewall/Microsoft update, it appears that some Outlook 2003 registry and/or a data file (pst) had been altered/corrupted which prevented access to the calendar. It would be good if the developers of the software would take the time to develop some more meaningful error messages so the paying customers of their software didn't have to waste days sorting out these sorts of problems
