hi all
please does any one knows how i can solve this problem,thus anytime i try to restore my backups,the dialog box reads connecting to phone but it doesn't connect for the restoring to continue.the phones becomes disconneted.

Reinstall the DSS driver on ur pc..and of course,u have the SE Pc Suite on ur pc right?

yes i have pc suite version 3.2 and 3.1.1. dss and pc suite version 3.1.1 en(uk) has been installed.i tried restoring n the phone restarted and never connected.

What about when u do a simple back up of ur internal memory?Does it works then?

i have already backed up my internal memory n trying to restore it now.i even got tired to back it up b'cos as soon as the phone restarts the phone monitor never detects it again.now when restoring the phone doesn't connect for the restoring to continue after restarting

I really don't know..maybe u should install the phone on anotha pc and see if it works.If it does,it's the pc then. See properties on the pc cuz while restoring some pop-ups apper asking u questions.That's all I can think of.Try and eliminate possible problems 1 by 1.
