my p910i (an ealry model in UK) has had some bad trouble recently - it went into decline a month ago - first file corruptions were reported, the data services wouldn't work then it woudl not make voice calls then would not boot. sent it to SE service centre in uk - they reflashed to recent firmware. was ok for a couple of weeks now has reformatted itself a couple of times on power off in past week. which is a pain as i lose all my contacts, my txts, etc....

(also, perhaps unrelatedly i can't get the p910i to act as a modem for a windows mobile 2003 device)

is anyone else having these problems, can esato community help ? let me know

happy holidays

Try the 'Recovery option' over the internet from the SE site. This will set your phone into proven working conditions. Forget the fw upgrade craze.

try an internal format from the service menu.if you can get to it that is.if not, the only alternative is as quoted above.
