> K750i New fails to exept sims HELP please

i bought a K750i of ebay brandnew for my sons Xmas gift, sim free unlocked it said Brand new, every sim is being exepted some comeup as inactive sim on main screen but allow all operations apart from ringing out and receiving calls... just get the doo doo dah noise when ringing people.. and when it is called i get answer machine..
please help..

if it was advertised as brand new and not blocked it's probabbly an insurance job, if he doesnt report him to the police i'm sure insurance company would love to know as well.
