I have a W550i and whatever I do with it like just capture a simple pic with it the battery goes down from like 98% to 96% and I think when I talk with it the battery just drain faster than K750i ?.. is it my firmware I have R4B in it or is it the battery itself?.. any advice and thanks

welcome here! it could be batt problem, but pls notice, that a batt reaches its best standby and talk time after several chargings, mainly within 2 monthes.

I'd say u have no problem with it. A camera consumes quite some energy when shooting. I think u might know there r other issues affecting the battery time like enviroment, coverage, talk-time. Don't worry, just use it normally and if u can get at least 2 days out of it,it's ok. The battery will run optimal after 10 charges.

@boba - I think you can NEVER GO wrong with an 'original' battery

In this case, ALL of the

orig batts says: optimized charging when it starts . . . Also, which do you think consumes power MOST amongst these: call/camera/video/ or gaming

I've noticed the battery indicator tends to vary quite wildly sometimes, after a call or messing about with the camera the indicator can go down to yellow, but check a bit later and it's gone back green and up to 65% or something!

@mrs - Yeah . . . I am contemplating between: calls/video

Using the video utilizes both sounds (audio) and images (video) too . . . which really consumes a lot of power. Welcome to Esato . . .
