This is odd. I´ve always used Outlook 2003 with my w800i and no problems at all.. until a total reinstall of XP/Office and now syncstation from w800i CD.
I cant manage to set up a sync to or from my Outlook 2003. When I select "settings" in sync station the only availible option is to check "Windows address book". There simply aro no menu option on the drop down for Outlook 2003 or anything else but "Windows adress book"
I´ve never used Windows address book or Outlook express at all. Only used Outlook 2003 to manage my mail and calendar.
How do I enable support for my Outlook 2003 again?

I´ve solved this issue. It was an Outlook issue. I simply reinstalled my Office 2003 and then it worked.

Glad to hear that you've sorted this out. I was about to suggest re-installing Outlook (after having installed syncstation) should do the trick. But after reading your second post, it seems that is exactly what you did. Well done.
