I know this is now an old issue lol but just wanted to say, that i hve just update my k750i after it died! to the firmware of the w800i and has worked 110%, All features are running and no problems! I done it through daVinchi, who have made the process very simple, so just like to big dem up and to any1 eles thinking abt updating firmware! go 4 it!

It would depend on what service was used, software, or flash files might of been wrong or corupt, or data cable drivers were not installed correctly. Many reasons
