hello all,

i m having problem with K750i bluetooth. after gaining connection with the laptop, my friend attempted to refresh the service list. thereafter, my phone no longer appears on his laptop's service list. and i can't disable bluetooth. if i disable bluetooth, my phone hangs completely.

any help rendered will be deeply appreciated. thank you.

do a master reset on your phone,then have your friend delete the paired device from his laptop. if that doesen't work try an online update from the se update 2.

i have installed the latest firmware and the problem seems to be solved.
