Hey folks. was just wondering if you could help me with this. i was wondering which is the best software for the w800i phone. would you please tell me which one it is and how to get it on to the phone.

i was also wondering if you guys could tell me how to put videos files onto the fone from the comp. if tried the software that comes with the phone but it just doesnt do the trick. if would be very grateful if you could help me with this.

Use a card reader like a SanDisk 12 in 1. Put the video files into the "videos" folder directly on to the memory stick. This way seems to be more reliable than using the USB cable.

Thanks a million. does the video file have to be in a special formate ie mp4 or 3gp to work or will any formate work?

I like to use .3gp format. 176 x 144 resolution, any larger and it will not work.
A great video encoder is the SUPER encoder. Works for me every time, and has presets for encoding different video types. It's at http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html and you don't have to be a genious to use it. (I know I'm not )
