> Backing up and viewing p900 data

I backed up my p900 a couple of weeks ago and ive just cracked the screen on it. I cant get any of the numbers off my phone and woundered if there is anyway of viewing the numbers on my computer from the backed up file. I think the file is a .ecs file. Any help would be great as i need the numbers off the phone.
ps. all numbers were stored on the phone rather than the sim so i cant even take the sim out and get them.
