i am just about to debrand my w900. i have downloaded the davinci client, have a note of the firmware and files that i need to choose and have bought my credit. the only thing i need to know is about the actual flashing part. i have searched through the forum and not found anything too clear. so here is my question. i know i plug in my dcu-60 cable and plug in my fone switched of. do i have to switch the phone on holding the "C" button or something like that and will i be prompted to do this? please any help is appreciated

ive been told that you cant debrand a W900 without a 'special' cable.
but you can unlock it with the normal cable...

no, its the other way around. you only need the special cable to unlock
@frank2345babies, the client software gives you the instructions on screen as you progress through the process so just read and follow
there are also various
instructions you can read which may give you an idea before you start
