You can download it from mobilityworld:
http://www.ericsson.com/mobilityworld/sub/open/technologies/epoc/tools/7_uiq?PU=epoc&PUname=Symbian%20OS&PUCat=technologies
It says it includes an emulator, but you need 'CodeWarrior Development Studio for Symbian OS' to run C++ applications on it (which, of course, isn't free). Will anybody try to download this (it is quite large) and tell us what is in it?

@cadcad: What makes you think I am happy? I didn't want to comment anything, but now I will.
What possible use could I or anybody else have from this free SDK, when you can't even test your application in an emulator without cashing out >1000$? You can't even test your software on the device, since P800 was delayed till who-knows-when. It seems that SE is still determined not to let people develop third-party software for this device. Considering the large amount of software available for PalmOS and PocketPC PDAs, this is a quite pretentious (not to say stupid) move from SE.

A friend of mine works for SE here, he just told me yesterday they got an e-mail from SE's sales department telling that P800 will be available in november. It'll cost around 750$ with warranty. And t600 will be for sale end of the week for 250$.

As I read it, you need code warrior for C++ code but not Java.
Do you think the emulator will demonstrate the built in applications of the P800 in addition to testing new code??
