Dear All

Have a Sony k608i on 3 with a bluetooth Sony HBH-602 headset. Have followed all the instructions for pairing and voice control, magic word, and voice answering to the letter.

The two devices are paired - I can receive calls thru the headset using the headset button - I can make calls using the headset by calling thru the handset and then saying no to the "route thru phone" option.

I can use the voice dialling on the handset when it is not in hands free mode and it works (after using the volume button extended press)

But I can't use magic word ever on either handset or headset (my ringtone is a midi not an mp3)

I can not use voice dialling on headset after a press of the headset button

I cannot use voice control (answer/reject) on either handset or headset

I've tried Sony Ericssons helpline who said I needed to update the phone using their update service (A MACRO FLASH DOWNLOAD TO PC) to solve the problem but all the updater said was that I had the most up to date software.

Any help would be appreciated
