Hi,

I have looked all over on various boards and I can't find any threads about the problem I am having. I bought a Total Multiserver cable online and downloaded the drivers from the total multiserver site. I plugged it in and installed following the directions on the site. Everything seemed to go as planned.

I was going to use Davinci to unlock my D750i but my phone is not detected by the computer. When I had the "RTS" button checked the phone would turn on to charge when it was trying to detect it, but it still wouldn't detect it. I waited like 10 minutes. I also tried with "RTS" unchecked and with the other button unchecked and it never detected the phone.

I have also tried detecting it with SEMC Tool 3.3 and Sonics and neither of those saw it either. I am following the directions of starting with the phone turned off and then pressing the button very briefly. It's just not working!

Can anyone help??

I had similar connection problems with Da vinci, try removing battery, waiting a minute, then replacing battery and trying to connect again. Usually works for me.
