My understanding is that when my P910 is in its cradle connected to my PC, and I select Sync in AvantGo, AvantGo should use the Internet connection provided by the PC in preference to a GPRS session on the phone.
But what happens instead is the phone opens a new GPRS session to do the sync. Why? Is there some setting I've missed?
I've tried running Opera on the phone in the same session, and that uses the PC's internet connection no problem.
