If you are talking about browsing internet from the phone using your computer’s (broadband / dialup) connection over Bluetooth, then I don’t know how it can be done or whether it is possible at all.

I don’t think it is possible; at least not without using some special Bluetooth enabled java application on the phone and some kind of a server running on the PC servicing the java client on the phone or something like that. Haven’t seen one; so I’m afraid I wont be able help you, sorry..

But as leo820 says... nothing is impossible , so there might be something out there, though I really doubt there will be.. cos that wont make much sense, does it ? I mean if you have internet on your PC and a Bluetooth connection to the phone then you can always download what ever you want and transfer to phone, right?

The only reason I can think of using such a connection is to download ring tones or java applications off of one of those WAP only sites. Is that it ?

yes it is certainly possible. You need the JAVA midp development kit. Search esato there is a thread which explains exactly what you have to do.
